Our story

Cooked simply.

Nova Kitchen opened in 2023 in One Loudoun — a neighborhood spot in the Ashburn tech corridor, built around the cooks, the kitchen, and the people who walk through the door.

The menu changes when our farmers' menus do.

We work with farmers and bakers within an hour of the kitchen. The bread is ours; the wine and cheese come from people we know by name. Nothing's complicated — we pay attention, cook it well, and send it out warm.
