Nova Kitchen opened in 2023 in the heart of Old Town Alexandria — a neighborhood spot built around the cooks, the kitchen, and the people who walk through the door.
We work with the farmers and bakers within an hour of the kitchen. The menu changes when their menus do. The bread is ours; the wine and the cheese come from people we know by name.
Nothing about the food is complicated. We pay attention, we cook it well, and we send it out warm.
